How can I get my wireless internet to work on my new HP Touchscreen Desktop?

I have a wireless router and when I tried to get the internet, it asks for an 8 digit pin number from the label of the router, i did that and it won’t work. I put in the key code, the same password I use on the laptop, it works on the laptop but not the desktop. So whats wrong and how do I fix it?

I have a HP Pavilion Media Center desktop computer. It is running a Intel Pentium4 processor. Lately, internet and other games have been running really slow. I’ve been told the only way to correct this is to upgrade the processor. What is the best processor that the socket on the motherboard will accept for this computer?

I have a HP Home Desktop and this problem has occurs for the past 3 month. It always restarting whenever I plug in any devices, like the USBs, even the speaker output gives this error. I don’t know what else not installed properly inside my pc, where there’s no troubles with any software being run in that pc. The error brings us to the BSOD and ask me to restart.
