I want to thank the reviewers for their efforts and helping me to decide not to buy the HP 8500 Premier. I have a Deskjet 932c, old scanners, etc. I want to replace after many happy years good service.
After reading the reviews, I will be PASS 8500 Premier was about to buy. This explains why the price dropped so fast on the HP 8500

I have my computer @ a great price ridiculously low and free shipping. . Came quicker than expected. Great print quality. . printed invitation with a lot of pictures, and a long time. . such as duplex printing. . no more throwing the paper manually. . . I can not wait to find something else to print!

I always like the HP / printers, I have others keep coming back, I feel bang for the buck, have the best product on the market. This is an ideal configuration for my home office, quality, speed, noise, and it looks good even without taking up much space, and two-sided printing, most excellent for saving paper. .
I have nothing bad to say about this product at this time.

I bought this HP 8500 wireless printer for my small business. I have 4 networked computers and just wanted to buy the ink for a printer. First let me say that I love the concept of 2200 pages of paper in black and white for less than $ 40. 00. MA. . . I would give 0 stars if I could.
The network is down. the software that came with this hardware is just horrible. You can not install the unit, because you lose the features that this printer. Once you install the wireless printer or a network cable or disable the computer you are installing the software.
I have owned many printers over the past 15 years and I never seen one as bad as this. I installed the software on two different machines thinking it might be the computer but not the computer at all.
After this expirence I will never buy another HP printer again. And this comes from someone who buys at least four HP printers in my life. I think HP need to test their equipment and software before it ships out.
