Purchased this in November 2009. It ‘been a disappointment.
1) and’ hard as usual to load
I changed the default configuration boot to speed things up. S?, Start? pi? Quick now. But it takes forever to load even different applications.
2) Internet Explorer quicks often working for no reason
3) Built-in microphone? Quality? very low
4) too much crapware preloaded on the computer (I believe this? true for any PC).
A bright spot on the computer? part of its multi-touch entertainment applications (such as photos and videos making app)

This? the first HP I have owned. When? arrived, the packaging and setup were excellent. It ‘was very easy to make things work. However, since that time (during the last 2 months)? was a much more? slower than I expected, with its processors and memory. Also, I am constantly losing the ability? to connect to the internet using his wireless support (other systems in my house do not have this problem). I had to restore the system several times (on the advice of HP) to restore the wireless support and get the system to reconnect to the Internet. Overall,? was a big disappointment. I would not recommend this system to others.

I’m a mac person but I needed to test a computer touch screen to an event where you plan to use 27. Absolutely love this, almost makes having a PC in place.

We have no problem with the computer until now. Service and delivery from Amazon? was great, we are first-time buyers Amazon. Our friend told us to try. It was hard to throw away the other $ 150 would cost to buy the same model at Best Buy.
My only problem? this, several websites and portals that interfaces with my husband for work and school for children have not upgraded to interface with Windows 7. We literally had to set our old computer next to this again to access sites that do not interact? with the new computer. No fault or HP computer, but still a real break!

IT? soldered to the motherboard. Do not buy these computers. Windows 7 also will not MADE OF COMPUTER TOUCH SO STILL doesn’t work well. This computer SUCKS !!!!! Believe me, I wasted my $ 900.
